SproutVideo is a business video hosting platform for live and on-demand video, with privacy, marketing, and analytics tools. Its player uses adaptive bitrate streaming through a global CDN and supports playback up to 8K and 60 FPS. Marketing features include lead capture, in-player calls to action, post-play screens, video SEO, and customizable landing pages. Access controls include passwords, viewer logins, domain or IP allowlists, geographic restrictions, signed embeds, and SSO. The REST API supports video management, privacy settings, playlists, analytics, and engagement data. Marketing integrations include HubSpot, Mailchimp, Drip, and Keap; Zapier and Make support workflow automation. Plans are billed annually: Seed is $12 a month, Sprout 35.00 USD, Tree 72.00 USD, and Forest 195.00 USD. Seed includes 150 GB storage and 1,800 GB bandwidth. Storage and bandwidth beyond plan allowances are billed per GB, and customers can set an optional bandwidth cap. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Customer Success is available by email and live chat during US East Coast business hours; Forest includes a dedicated representative and phone support by request. As of January 2026, the Trust Center says SproutVideo was working toward SOC 2 certification.
