Appointment calendars, patient visits, medical histories, and case management support daily care workflows. Teams can review follow-ups due today, upcoming, or overdue. Patient workspaces can contain contact details, appointments, cases, payments, documents, and notes. Operational tools handle fees, expenses, purchases, inventory, and reports. Role-based access supports clinic owners, doctors, branches, employees, and staff, while clinic groups can share workflows across multiple branches. The Laravel web panel manages administration, users, records, appointments, billing, inventory, purchases, reports, and permissions. A Flutter mobile app provides doctors and teams with patient, appointment, case, and workflow information. Smiloo supports WhatsApp reminders and Firebase or mobile push notifications.
