What Skillcast is

Skillcast is a compliance training and policy platform for organisations, bringing courses, learning management, policy administration, reporting, and compliance evidence together. The company says it creates and owns more than 600 courses for regulated sectors and core business risks. Its Compliance Portal combines e-learning with policy management, staff disclosures, compliance registers, and events. The LMS supports structured learning paths, automated enrolments, reminders and escalations, dashboards, and management reports. Policy Hub adds role-based assignments, employee attestations, approval workflows, and document version tracking. Courses can be delivered through Skillcast’s LMS or a customer’s existing LMS, and e-learning courses are supplied as SCORM files. Listed integrations include HR, identity, learning, and collaboration services such as BambooHR, Okta, Slack, and Workday; its Salesforce REST API can sync employee data for provisioning and removal. Plans are billed per user annually, with example prices based on an average of 200 users: Standard is £32 a year, Enhanced is £39 a year, and Premium is £72 a year. Skillcast lists ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditations, and says SOC 2 Type I and Type II reports are available through its Trust Centre.
