Skeda is web-based production scheduling software for manufacturers planning around resources, orders, capacity constraints, and priorities. It automatically creates forecast Gantt charts and predicts delivery dates for orders and their processing stages. Planners can simulate alternative scenarios, revise schedules as priorities change, and view machine utilisation, resource capacity, and workload in real time. The system supports shared planning across short, medium, and long horizons, with machine and labor capacity planning, material constraints, and both scheduling modes. Skeda integrates with the IRI Day MES so plans can reflect production progress. IRI Day can exchange orders, master data, and progress with existing ERP systems, and the maker says it can connect management software, label printers, badges, and production machines. IRI Day is described as cloud-based, with access from computers and tablets.
