ShipsGo provides container and air cargo tracking for shippers and logistics service providers seeking supply chain visibility. Ocean tracking covers more than 160 shipping lines and accepts a container, booking or Bill of Lading number. Alerts include shipment status changes, release and arrival notices, delays or early arrivals, and transshipment-port updates. Air tracking uses AWB numbers and provides flight details, split-shipment tracking and status notifications. The API connects tracking data and milestones to ERP, TMS or CRM systems; webhooks deliver shipment updates and milestones as standardized JSON. A live tracking map can be embedded on a website using an iframe. Each new shipment tracking request uses one credit, while later queries for an uploaded shipment do not use additional credits. New users receive 3 free credits for ocean and air tracking. The listed one-time plan costs $1,000, paid once for 500 credits, valid for 1 year. API use also incurs an annual fee based on usage volume, with tailored pricing available by contacting ShipsGo. The service is accessible through web and API, but has no dedicated mobile tracking app.
