What SchoolMint Hero is

SchoolMint Hero is a K–12 platform for tracking attendance and managing student behavior in schools and districts. For tardies, students can scan an ID to record their arrival, print a pass, and update attendance records. Schools can define positive and negative behaviors, then attach rewards or consequences. The platform supports PBIS and can be configured for SEL, MTSS, RTI, or a custom framework. Reward options include adjustable point structures, school house systems, and digital reward stores. Preloaded and customizable reports can show behavior trends by student, teacher, grade, or demographic group. Parents and guardians can receive behavior alerts by text or email. Dedicated apps serve teachers, parents, and students; the student app shows points, rewards, and behavior history. Hero is intended for administrators, teachers, families, and students in public districts, charter networks, and individual schools. It runs on web, iOS, and Android. SchoolMint says the rebuilt platform uses cloud architecture and aligns with SOC 2 Type II security standards. Pricing varies by school size and user count and is available on request.
