What SAINT Flex is

SAINT Flex combines financial aid processing software with optional file review, allowing institutions to choose how much review student files receive. The web-based service includes automated award packaging, document collection, ISIR processing, COD processing and reject resolution. Listed Title IV accounting services include monthly reconciliation and FISAP. Institutions can also select Return to Title IV services and a college-branded portal for students and families to submit financial aid information and documents. Global says it works with many Student Information Systems and names Anthology, Campus Café, Campus Cloud Services, Orbund, STARS and VIAS CMS as partners. Its two-way Orbund API integration reports student progress to Global and posts awards and disbursements in the Orbund SIS. Global says standardized data elements, file formats and secure transmission processes help keep information synchronized with a school's SIS. Client Services are available by phone, email and chat, with regulatory resources. Global identifies itself as SSAE 16 SOC 1 audited and describes procedures for protecting client information.
