RinkWare Waiver Sync replaces paper liability forms with digital waivers for roller skating rinks, ice arenas, and family entertainment centers. Guests can sign before arrival or at the venue, while waiver links are added to ticket confirmations and party invitations and sent through email or SMS confirmations. Staff can search records by date, name, or event. Kiosk Mode turns a tablet or touchscreen into an on-site signing station, and real-time validation can block POS payment until a waiver is cleared. The service connects with RinkWare booking, ticketing, kiosks, and POS workflows. Party Management lets hosts check which guests have signed and verify status. RinkWare says waivers are cryptographically signed and stored in an encrypted Legal Vault; waivers are described as valid for 365 days, with records retained for multiple years. Digital Waivers costs $49 a month. A promotional $0 monthly charge may apply with qualifying activity and eligibility, while transaction and service fees may apply.
