What RFTrack is

RFTrack is asset-tracking software that helps organizations audit fixed assets, locate missing items, and follow asset movement. It works with passive and active RFID, RTLS, barcodes, and other data-collection technologies. Inventory records can include custom fields, imported data, images, change histories, and parent-child asset relationships. The Monitoring Module uses fixed RFID readers to track movement in real time; other modules are Server, Mobile, and Check-Out. RFTrack is web-based and can be deployed as a hosted subscription or a perpetual on-premise license. It can operate on its own or connect through a web services API for real-time integration. Named integrations include PeopleSoft, Banner Finance, Oracle, SAP, Remedy, and AssetWorks, and the platform can use back-end data exported to Excel or CSV. Supported hardware includes handheld RFID scanners running Windows Mobile or Android, fixed readers, Android devices, and some barcode scanners.
