Rent on Cloud is a web-based tenancy and property management platform for landlords, renters and tradespeople. Landlords can create listings and publish them on Zoopla, Rightmove, PrimeLocation and Gumtree. The platform supports rent collection, including Direct Debit, and renters can view their payment history. Landlord accounting tools track rental income and expenses and prepare a year-end tax return report. Users can create tenancy agreements online, sign them digitally and store them in the cloud. Renters and landlords can post repair tasks to an open marketplace for tradespeople. A renter inbox enables communication with landlords and tradespeople without sharing the renter’s phone number or email. Its zyPass screening service offers checks that include credit agency data, ownership verification, identity, KYC and AML checks. The Basic plan is free, billed forever, with no admin fee; tenant screening is a bolt-on. RentOnCloud says its data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL and stored on AWS servers with daily backups.
