What Regulex is

Regulex is a JavaScript regular expression parser and visualizer for JavaScript/ECMAScript patterns. Enter a pattern on its web page and select Visualize to see a graph; the page also offers image export and an option to embed the graph on another site with an HTML iframe. IgnoreCase, Multiline, and GlobalMatch options are available, and an error area displays syntax problems. Detailed error messages can often identify the position of a syntax issue. The project is written in pure JavaScript and does not require a backend. Developers can install it with npm and use its parse and visualize APIs in Node.js; the project also documents a browser bundle build from its legacy branch.
