Refolia is web software for teams reviewing and negotiating contracts; it does not provide legal advice. It scores clauses from 0–100, assigns risk levels from low to critical, and explains them in plain English. Users can upload PDF or DOCX files up to 50MB, produce redline-ready clause rewrites in protective, balanced, or aggressive tones, and turn flagged clauses into negotiation emails with a position, legal reasoning, and alternative language. Reusable clause templates and version history support team review, and agreements can be sent to DocuSign for signature. The maker says analysis and drafting run on its own infrastructure, documents are not sent to third-party AI providers or used to train models, and accounts include two-factor authentication, member and administrator roles, and administrative IP restrictions. Document actions and administrative changes are logged, and signed agreements remain unchanged when revisions are made. A free trial is available, but there is no free plan. Monthly plans are $8.39 a month for Starter, $20.99 a month for Professional, and $41.99 a month for Enterprise. Annual plans are also listed at $81 a year, $202 a year, and $403 a year, respectively.
