ReferralPoint is a web-based referral management platform for healthcare organizations. It handles referrals in both directions, automating outbound requests from primary care providers and inbound referrals for specialty practices. IntelligentDATA scores providers across six dimensions, while IdealMATCH surfaces in-network specialists using cost, quality, and patient needs. SARA can start prior authorization when a referral is submitted, update patients and staff, and contact patients by text or email in their preferred language for scheduling, reminders, and post-visit follow-up. Specialty practices can collect fax, Direct, email, web-form, lab, and note referrals in one queue, then create EHR charts and begin scheduling. Referral tracking runs from order through closure, with provider and organization comparisons and quarterly KPI reports. Integrations include listed EHR connections and standards such as FHIR, HL7 v2, REST APIs, and Direct Message.
