What PTmaestro is

PTmaestro is a web-based client management service for personal trainers, with Android also listed as a mobile app platform. It brings client progress, goals, meal plans, schedules, payments, memberships, packages, and products together. Trainers can build custom workout templates from existing exercises or their own, including warm-ups, cool-downs, and circuits. The service advertises more than 600 pre-created exercises. For progress tracking, it can graph weight, body fat, BMI, and muscle measurements, and compare progress points. Trainers can create meal plans using a food database with nutrition information for thousands of foods. Business tools track revenue from memberships, packages, products, sessions, and classes, and support billing reminders, invoices, and receipts. Scheduling covers private or group sessions, recurring classes, and client reminders. Trainers can send personalized messages and email or SMS offers about openings. PTmaestro says data is transmitted using TLS 1.2 encryption and payments are securely processed with Stripe. SMS credits are purchased separately from the subscription. The free plan has a five-client limit and lists all features; PT Monthly costs $15 a month at the billed Open Beta Price and includes unlimited clients and all features. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and refunds are not offered.
