What Profituity is

Profituity provides ACH payment processing, compliance, and audit-readiness services through a platform for merchants, ISVs and merchant service providers, financial institutions, and third-party processors. Profituity Cloud offers real-time dashboards showing an institution's ACH program status and updates with Nacha rule changes. The company says documentation is generated as part of normal operations to support exam readiness, and describes itself as a Nacha Preferred Partner and SOC 2 Type II certified ACH processor. Its Platform Portal contains modules for dashboards, audits, compliance, configuration, CRM, onboarding, payments, processing, recovery, risk, and sales. The API makes nearly all website features available to customer applications; sandbox credentials are provided for API testing, and clients are instructed to use HTTPS to protect credentials and tokens. The built-in RTO Pro ACH integration requires approval and a site key. The listed RTO Pro ACH plan costs $10 a month, plus 25¢ per transaction, $1.95 per return, and $15 per unauthorized return.
