Its eComply360 platform lets employees view, download and print notices in English and Spanish, with customizable fields in the files. Other tools include document storage, user management, SSO, direct login and a custom intranet link option. Each eComply360 state purchase includes two user accounts; additional seats are available for purchase. The company says its coverage includes all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. Compliance plan customers can contact labor law experts by phone, email or chat. Corporate compliance customers receive a dedicated account manager, ongoing monitoring and updates delivered to their locations. Its digital I-9 service guides Section 1 and Section 2 completion, records activity in an audit trail and includes compliance and E-Verify checks. The alternative video procedure for Section 2 is limited to employers in good standing with E-Verify. The company says it was established in 1991.
