PlanSource provides a unified benefits administration platform for HR teams and employees. Employees get a personalized, guided experience for enrollment and everyday benefits use. Administration services include ACA and COBRA administration, carrier billing and payment, advocacy, employee communications, and dependent verification. PlanSource says its AI supports configuration, reporting, communications, dependent verification, virtual assistance, and service center interactions; it describes these applications as observable, auditable, and subject to human approval. Its Boost program uses APIs for plan configuration, enrollment updates, evidence of insurability, and provider directory search. The Plan Configuration API is live with select carriers Guardian, MetLife, and Mutual of Omaha. PlanSource also says it connects with leading HCM platforms and synchronizes data in real time. The Trust Center lists CCPA, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2, 23 NYCRR 500, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 among its compliance topics, along with controls including audit logging, multifactor authentication, backups, and encryption at rest.
