PixGuard
PixGuard scans website images and assigns each a copyright risk score from 0 to 100, with reasons for the score.
What PixGuard is
PixGuard scans website images and assigns each a copyright risk score from 0 to 100, with reasons for the score. Its checks cover metadata, stock-agency watermarks, reference fingerprints, signs of AI generation, and similarity. On Pro and Business, AI vision review is used for ambiguous cases. An account scan follows links across up to 50 pages, subject to the plan's limit on new images. Visitors can check a page without signing up, though that check covers only its three largest images. Uploads accept JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF files up to 10 MB; previously analyzed images can be rescanned free, and images PixGuard cannot analyze are not charged.
A WordPress plugin adds scanning for Media Library images and full-site scans. The Chrome extension can scan from an image's context menu or with Alt+Shift+P, then show a score, severity rating, and signal breakdown. API access is listed for Business. PixGuard says it does not permanently store uploaded images and uses image hashes for caching. The Free plan includes 30 image scans and lasts 30 days. Pro costs $29 a month, Business costs $79 a month, and an image pack costs $300, paid once-time purchase.
