Paperbell is a web platform for coaches and consultants to sell and manage online services. Coaches can create custom-branded homepages and landing pages for their offers, while clients can schedule sessions themselves with time-zone detection, Google Calendar invitations, appointment buffers, and controls against last-minute bookings. Payment options include payment plans, pay-in-full discounts, setup fees, and packages that combine group and one-to-one coaching. Clients can sign contracts during checkout or scheduling, and coaches can use integrated forms and surveys. Digital downloads can be sold separately or included with packages. Paperbell says it integrates with Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, and other video meeting platforms; payments can be collected through Stripe or PayPal. Plans include unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages, and traffic, with no additional transaction fees. A free account is available without a credit card, as well as a 7-day free trial. Paid plans are $97 a month or $970 a year.
