OyamaCRM is a free, open-source CRM platform for nonprofits and mission-driven teams, available as a self-hosted service, web application and API. Its five modules span donor stewardship, client services, event operations, security monitoring and public website publishing. DonorCRM handles donations and campaigns alongside communications, tasks, giving histories and stewardship dashboards; it also supports online donation forms, recurring donations and donor segmentation. Compassion CRM provides a workspace for appointments, records and care planning, while Events CRM covers registration, attendance and reporting. Watchdog Security includes a security feed, encrypted vault, backup tools and incident controls. WebMaster Builder supports page creation and public publishing. The service describes role-based access control, auditing and module visibility, plus an Express API for import and export workflows, background jobs and integrations. A QuickBooks sync queue has manual controls. Donor operations, client services and events are described as live, while SMS, voice and deeper automation remain future growth areas.
