OneMerge
OneMerge extends Salesforce Duplicate Management to automate the resolution of duplicate records.
What OneMerge is
OneMerge extends Salesforce Duplicate Management to automate the resolution of duplicate records. It uses Salesforce Matching Rules and Duplicate Rules to identify potential duplicates, then applies Merge Rules that can weigh recency, quality or trust when selecting field values. Merge Automation handles routine cases, while Merge Decisions sends exceptions for human review. Merge Activity records the outcome, the records involved, the surviving master record, the rule applied and how resolution occurred; outcomes are auditable and can be reversed with Easy Undo. Custom Merge supports cross-object merges for standard and custom objects, with rollback and data sync for retained losing records through Link+Sync. The Data Quality Agent can find and explain duplicates, resolve records using Merge Rules and configure rules through natural-language instructions. OneMerge runs within the customer’s Salesforce org and says it does not store or access Salesforce data. The free edition is limited to scheduled merges and 50,000 records per merged object; it excludes real-time automation and custom or cross-object merges. A 7-day trial is available.
