Ocapii Digital HACCP digitizes operational checks, temperature records, and corrective actions, keeping records available for audits. It covers opening and closing checks, temperatures, cooking and cooling records, cleaning, and goods-in checks associated with sites and equipment. Each check is timestamped and tied to the person who completed it; records can also contain photographs and history. When a check falls outside set limits, Ocapii creates a corrective action with an owner, deadline, and evidence requirement, visible on site and group dashboards until resolved. Staff can capture checks, probe readings, and photographs in the mobile app without a connection, then upload them after reconnecting. Checks, corrective actions, documents, and reporting work without additional hardware, while IoT sensors can provide continuous appliance readings. Groups can define templates, limits, and schedules centrally for use at new sites. The service supports Android, iOS, web, and API access. Pricing is on request. Customers remain responsible for defining their HACCP plan and critical control points; Ocapii handles monitoring, records, and corrective actions beneath that plan.
