What Nucleus is

Nucleus combines a church website, communications tools, and congregation next steps in one web platform. Its Launcher keeps actions such as planning a visit, joining a group, registering for an event, requesting prayer, and giving accessible across a website. Flows guides people through forms using templates and conditional logic, with capacity or deadline limits, follow-up messages, and submission reports. Churches can keep prayer requests private or share them on a moderated Prayer Wall, controlling access through logins, connection types, and administrator permissions. Standard and Complete add Posts, Messages, and Mission Control for ministry updates, email campaigns, automated follow-up, and internal communication guidance. Complete also includes Nucleus Media, a library of more than 30,000 church-focused creative assets. Giving accepts one-time and recurring gifts and is available only to U.S. churches; the listed processing costs are 2.3% for cards and $0.25 for bank-account gifts, with no percentage fee charged to the church.
