What Mentor Scout is

Mentor Scout is cloud-based software for organizations that run corporate or association mentoring programs. It supports participant-led, administrator-controlled, and hybrid matching, so organizations can choose how matching is managed. Participants create customizable profiles and search for partners by name, keywords, or other dimensions. The platform includes communication and goal tracking, plus predefined or ad hoc mentoring groups with a dedicated workspace. Administrators get online program tools and one-click reports, charts, and graphs to follow results. A language module supports mentoring in multiple languages, and optional data feeds can connect the software with an HRIS or another system of record. The Enterprise Edition supports multiple programs and adds single sign-on, advanced reporting and communication tools, moderation, and enhanced security. Mentor Scout says its service uses firewalls, intrusion detection, and disaster recovery procedures. Subscriptions include a dedicated mentoring expert, with customer and technical support available by phone and email. The service is web-based; pricing is available on request.
