Mauve Group provides Employer of Record, global payroll, HR, and business expansion services for organisations hiring across borders. Founded in 1996, it serves companies from start-ups to multinationals. Its EOR service hires workers on a client’s behalf and covers onboarding, payroll, taxes, employment requirements, benefits, and compliance. Mauve says it supports hiring in more than 150 countries, using its own legal entities in around 80 locations and a partner network elsewhere. Global payroll includes local setup and registration, salary calculations, compensation and benefits remittance, reporting, and ongoing payroll management; Mauve says approved payroll funds are transferred within 1–2 days. Mauve Insight is its web-based platform for workforce administration. It supports country-specific onboarding, worker records, payslip and document access, holiday and expense approvals, timesheets, attendance tracking, immigration status updates, invoice summaries, and automated notifications. Workers can view and export current and historical payslips and documents. The payroll calculator estimates gross pay, employer contributions, and Mauve fees from a local monthly salary. Pricing is on request, with EOR charges described as a one-off setup fee and a monthly margin based on salary.
