What LineNow is

LineNow is web software for restaurant purchasing, receiving, inventory counts, and food-cost workflows. Teams can create supplier purchase orders using stock and par-level recommendations, then review quantities, prices, and delivery timing. At delivery, staff can use a printed checklist or scan a QR code on a phone to record full or partial receipts and attach documents. Location-specific count checklists support entering physical quantities and applying reviewed counts to inventory. Recipes can link quantities to ingredients and recorded supplier prices to estimate dish costs, but estimates do not replace physical counts. Listed connections include Square, Shopify, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed X-Series and R-Series, Amazon, Faire, QuickBooks, and Xero. Toast provides menu and sales data read-only and does not receive stock updates. The Core plan costs $100 a month per active business unit, billed monthly, with unlimited team members, purchase orders, items, supplier connections, and one connected POS. A 90-day trial is available.
