What LegalTime is
LegalTime is time tracking and billing software for Dutch law firms, available on the web, Android, and iOS. Lawyers can capture time with a timer or weekly view in six-minute billing units. AI can suggest entries from speech and calendar activity, but a lawyer confirms each suggestion. Invoicing supports drafting, review, and sending, with templates and Peppol e-invoicing. Real-time reports cover utilization, realization, work in progress, and receivables. The product also offers expense tracking, AML and conflict checks, and connections including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exact Online, Peppol, and Power BI. LegalTime says data is hosted in EU data centers and encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3; it does not claim external security certifications without an audit report. Annual billing includes two months free.
