Teams can build recipes with a graphical drag-and-drop tool using reusable standardized blocks, without programming. Automated equipment logbooks and status monitoring help ensure authorized, cleaned equipment is used on the shop floor. The system supports GxP-compliant production, with validated electronic documentation addressing FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11. Audit trail records are protected against deletion or editing. Integration options include OPC-UA-compatible shop-floor interfaces, preconfigured SAP ERP interfaces, and open APIs for LIMS, WMS, and serialization systems.
