That reach does not make every plan equally suitable. The Free Plan is a capped way to post at a limited number of institutions; Starter adds a small number of premium ads and extra visibility. TalentMatch uses school, degree and experience criteria to recommend candidates. That can help recruiters narrow a broad student and graduate pool, but it is part of the Core packs rather than the lower-cost plans. Simplified Application lets candidates apply in one click, and applications can transfer automatically to an ATS.

ATS links and visibility

JobTeaser says it works with Kombo for ATS synchronisation; Kombo is integrated with more than 100 ATS. Its packs FAQ also describes compatibility with many ATS platforms and multi-posting tools. Data protection and support

JobTeaser says its platform was audited and certified GDPR-compliant by TÜV Saarland, and that student data is hosted exclusively in the EU. The platform runs on AWS in Ireland; the hosting environment has ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 certifications. The Free Plan can suit occasional hiring, but the company-level cap means adding users does not expand its allowance. Once the publication limit is reached, further publication is suspended for twelve months until the counter resets. Starter is a modest paid step up for employers who need premium placements and more visibility, not unlimited posting. Core packs are the more fitting option for recurring campus recruitment, particularly at five or more hires annually; their custom pricing means employers must weigh those broader tools against their hiring volume.
