What Intelifi is

Intelifi’s Emerge is a web-based background-check platform and data provider for organizations screening applicants and other individuals. It connects with county courthouses, government sources, and domestic and international criminal watch lists. Reports receive analysis from an AI algorithm and human review for accuracy and clarity. Intelifi says its technology can return results the same day, and its LiveRunner feeds can retrieve county and state records in as little as 1 to 2 hours. The platform offers integrations with Oracle Taleo, iCIMS, and Bullhorn, plus an open API for custom connections, including with HR software such as PeopleSoft and Salesforce. Compliance tools include digital consent forms, pass-or-fail report controls, and adverse-action letters with notifications and tracking. Intelifi says its adverse-action workflow accounts for more than 180 ban-the-box laws based on company and candidate locations. Screening options include criminal, identity, employment, education, and driving-history checks; drug testing is also available through eScreen and in-house kits.
