It synchronizes menus, prices, and unavailable items with the POS in under ten seconds, and lists integrations with Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed, and HungerRush. Customers can browse photo menus, use reusable modifier groups, choose combo upgrades, apply dietary or allergen filters, use loyalty and promo codes, scan barcodes, and order in English, Spanish, or Chinese. AI Smart Cross-Sell offers location-specific add-ons and combos on each order. Payment options include Apple Pay, Google Pay, EMV chip, swipe, NFC, and QR. Hardware choices include floor-stand, countertop, and wall-mount kiosks, plus an iPad with Square Stand. A browser-based merchant console manages menus, locations, devices, reports, and marketing; the INFI Connect app handles menu management, order tracking, and reports.
