What HRnext is

HRnext is a SaaS human capital management system for small and midsize employers, combining HRIS with payroll and timekeeping integration. It supports employee records, applicant tracking, onboarding, time off, performance management, and time tracking. Employees can update their own files, request time off, and record goals; supervisors can approve requests and review goals, with each time-off step logged. HR staff can search and filter records and create user-defined profiles. Reporting includes a standard library, drag-and-drop ad hoc reports, payroll reports, and customized reporting. Time and attendance options include web-based timesheets, physical time clocks, and a mobile app. HRnext says it integrates with several payroll processing platforms through the same sign-on. The listed platforms are web, Android, and iOS. Subscriptions are available through licensed HRnext Service Providers, who arrange demonstrations and provide implementation details. Service providers train designated users, and training videos are available at no charge. HRnext says its system can be up and running in a matter of days.
