What Hives.co is

Hives.co helps organisations gather and manage ideas, insights, and feedback, including employee suggestions and product innovation proposals. Each idea can be assigned an owner, a stage, and a next step, while contributors can follow its movement toward a decision. People can submit, vote on, and comment on ideas from Android, iOS, or the web, and phone users can contribute through a QR code or link. Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace integrations let contributors participate from those tools. Ida, the platform’s AI, can summarise submissions, identify duplicates, surface themes, and prepare reports from programme activity; people make the decisions. Microsoft and Google single sign-on are included on every plan, while other users can sign in with a one-time email passcode. Collection access can be limited to groups, and anonymous submissions can be enabled per collection. Customer data is hosted in the EU by default, and Hives.co says each contract includes a data processing agreement. Core is positioned for teams under 500 employees, Pro for mid-sized to large organisations, and Enterprise for organisations needing unlimited scale.
