Officers can submit digital incident reports and daily activity reports, including mobile and timestamped records. The platform also supports officer scheduling, timekeeping, attendance visibility, dispatch workflows, and event routing. Managers can maintain post orders and site instructions, while tracking licenses, certifications, permits, qualifications, and post requirements. GuardMetrics states that these tracking tools do not guarantee legal compliance. Visitor-management workflows document visitor activity and access records for lobbies, guard gates, and facility entry. The product is available through a web portal and Android and iOS apps. Pricing is on request, with custom monthly plans; phones and checkpoints may be included depending on the plan. New clients receive an initial 45-minute training session. The maker says its guard-tour system integrates with a partner’s scheduling, payroll, billing, and compliance system, without naming that partner.
