Grix is web software for solo coaches and small coaching businesses to manage clients, bookings, sessions, reminders, and payment status. Clients can book through a public link without an account or app. Coaches can schedule with a drag-and-drop calendar that detects conflicts and handles time zones. Sessions are unlimited on every plan, but active-client limits differ: 10 on Free, 25 on Plus, and unlimited on Pro. Free includes two booking links; Plus includes 10, while Pro offers unlimited links. Grix sends an email reminder the evening before a session on every plan, and Plus and Pro add a reminder about an hour beforehand. It does not send automated texts. Payment requests by email, SMS, or WhatsApp are available on Plus and Pro, and Grix says it takes no commission on payments. The web service works in a phone browser and can be added to a home screen. A free trial is available.
