FreeMeter is a Windows system resource meter for viewing computer activity and capacity.
What FreeMeter is
FreeMeter is a Windows system resource meter for viewing computer activity and capacity. Its readings include uptime, disk space and activity, CPU, network activity, handles, processes, threads, memory, file cache, and network ping. Meters can use one or two columns, bar or line graphs, and selected readings can appear as system tray icons. The free plan costs nothing. FreeMeter Professional adds alerts for low disk space, low memory, high CPU use, and unresponsive ping hosts, using visual, sound, application, or email actions; some actions are limited to Professional. Email alerts use an SMTP server, but SSL/TLS sending is not supported. Professional costs $9.99, paid once for one to four licenses, with different per-license rates at larger quantities and contact required for 50 or more. A license is required for each computer. Supported systems listed are Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server 2012 or later.
