What Fivestars is

Fivestars gives local businesses loyalty and marketing tools designed to encourage repeat visits. It tracks customer points and sends rewards based on each person’s journey with the business. Businesses can tag customers, create segments, and import contacts from Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and other services. Customers use their phone numbers to sign in, earn points, and redeem rewards. Fivestars Connect runs on a Fivestars-provided tablet or directly on a business’s point-of-sale system. Its dashboard tracks sign-ups, return visits, and redeemed rewards, while AutoPilot can send offers for milestones such as a first visit, birthday, or possible lapse in visits. Promotions can go out by text, email, or push notification, immediately or on a schedule. Essentials includes a customer touchscreen, database, eight AutoPilot campaigns, and one monthly promotion. Pro includes those items, unlimited promotions, Text-to-Join, and customer acquisition. Fivestars is available on Android, iOS, and web. Pricing is on request.
