What Falkon SMS is
Falkon SMS is a business texting platform for regulated industries that uses existing business numbers. It supports appointment reminders, customer support, keyword lead capture, review requests, internal communications and bulk campaigns of up to 2,000 contacts per blast. Falkon says landline, toll-free, VoIP and Microsoft Teams numbers can be text-enabled without number changes or new hardware. Falkon AI drafts responses from internal documents and policies, changes tone, summarizes conversations and detects sentiment. Users can send two-way and scheduled messages, scan or share sensitive documents through expiring controlled links, and use automatic tamper-proof archiving with immutable audit trails. The service lists Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Clio, Slack, HubSpot and a Chrome extension as integrations. Falkon describes end-to-end encryption for external messages and encryption in transit and at rest. It states SOC 2 certification and HIPAA compliance.
