What Emfino is

Emfino is financial software for companies managing reports and consolidation across multiple entities. It combines reporting, budgeting, data validation, and analysis, and supports drill-down from consolidated reports to transaction-level detail. The principal module includes import checks, mapping, built-in reports, a custom report builder, user action logs, and monthly sign-off. Its consolidation module handles inter-group reconciliation, automated eliminations, and adjustment bookings based on rules and formulas. Imports can include transaction reports, trial balance reports, balance sheet split reports, and key value data. Emfino can use accounting or ERP systems that export required transaction and trial balance information in Excel; examples include Xero, 1C, SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Epicor iScala, Sage, and NetSuite. Automated API imports can be implemented after manual imports work and pass validation. Subscriptions include technical support, secure storage, and daily backups. The subscription includes up to 50 users, five actual data import formats, and 40 million cumulative transaction lines. Monthly module pricing depends on entities, transaction volume, and selected modules, with prices excluding VAT.
