What DPGO is

DPGO is a dynamic pricing tool for hosts, vacation rental owners and short-term rental managers. It develops pricing strategies using daily market insights and machine learning, analyzing more than 200 listing parameters alongside competitor prices and market changes. Prices update daily. Users can configure more than 30 settings per listing, including price limits, discounts, weekend adjustments and seasonal adjustments. The software also produces daily forecasts of a pricing strategy for the year ahead. Growth Performance tracks an individual listing or a portfolio, with metrics such as a listing health score and a 52-week pricing overview. DPGO connects to Airbnb in read-only mode and says it does not store passwords or other security-sensitive information. It currently provides dynamic pricing only for Airbnb listings; it does not analyze or manage Vrbo listings. The service is web-based, with listed integrations including iGMS, Hostfully, Hostaway, OwnerRez and Co-Host Market. Plans include $0.50, paid once for Flexible, $1, paid once for Fixed and $18 a month per listing for Flat Fee; a 30-day trial is offered.
