What DegreeReady is

DegreeReady is a web-based system for managing student progression, from setting up degree programs to planning and auditing progress. Students can map completed and planned units by semester, rearrange subjects, and receive warnings when a plan breaks program rules. They can also see subject and total degree costs, completion percentages, remaining subjects or credit points, and projected graduation dates. Advisors can build version-controlled templates linked to program structures, work with students remotely or in person, and use What If scenarios to consider alternatives and transferable credits. Administrators and advisors can receive alerts when students fall behind or a plan becomes invalid. On-demand audits compare enrolled and completed subjects in an existing Student Management System with degree requirements. DegreeReady can also be opened to prospective students and agents to build plans, try templates, and calculate costs.
