The system connects with campus systems through APIs and integration capabilities; Kuali describes REST and GraphQL APIs, real-time data access, and Kuali Bridge for multi-step integrations. The company says it delivers capabilities continuously without requiring institutions to wait for major upgrade cycles. Kuali's Trust Center states that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access governed by configurable roles and permissions.
