DATS Incentives & Rewards is a points-based module for organizations that want to encourage selected employee behaviors through an internal reward catalog. Administrators define eligible activities, point values, qualifying conditions, and who can earn points, with rules tailored by user, team, role, area, or sub-account. Points can be awarded automatically for work such as forms, inspections, incident reports, hazard assessments, meetings, observations, tasks, and training compliance. Organizations manage their own catalog and set the points needed for each reward; users can check balances, progress, and available rewards. Reports cover point leaders, redemptions, and incentive performance. Point caps can limit rewards from repeated activity, and administrators can adjust balances manually. The module connects with DATS tools including Forms, Inspections, Investigations, LMS, and Tasks, and DATS supports webhooks and a RESTful API for third-party connections. Its iOS and Android apps support offline work that syncs when connectivity returns. Approval and fulfillment tools are not included, so organizations handle those steps themselves.
