Customers connect an existing Stripe account and retain their Stripe rates, payouts, reporting, bank account and payment history. CopperTab keeps clinical and patient-billing context in its own environment, sending Stripe only the payment amount, currency and required payment information. It offers a branded hosted payment page and can import existing customers and active subscriptions for migration. Every plan includes a signed BAA, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit and audit logs. Card data remains on Stripe rather than CopperTab servers, with Stripe's PCI DSS certification covering card processing. Pricing depends on payment volume and stage, and requires a quote; there are no per-seat fees.
