What ConfigOne is

ConfigOne is a 3D product configurator for selling configurable products, linking bill-of-materials pricing, online purchasing, and production order handling. Its browser-based configurator uses WebGL for product previews, rotation, and zoom on computers and phones without plugins. CPQ features calculate prices from a bill of materials and apply product constraints, dependencies, and dimension or weight limits. Sales features include cart checkout, Przelewy24 payments, NIP and EU VAT validation, and a lead or inquiry mode for businesses that do not sell online. Order handling covers status timelines, email notifications, customer communication, invoices and documents, returns, and complaints. Configurations can become production orders with BOM data; REST API access and CSV or Excel exports connect with listed ERP and production systems. Deployment options include SaaS or on-premise, with white-label branding, multiple organizations and roles, and API access. The maker says personal data is hosted in the EU for SaaS, while on-premise keeps data, prices, and rules in the customer's infrastructure. The SaaS starting price is 499 PLN a month after implementation, for one product line; the subscription can grow with products, users, and integrations. On-premise pricing is available after analysis.
