What CodePath CareerConnect is

CodePath CareerConnect is a free, web-based hiring platform for employers recruiting US-based early-career tech talent. Employers can post internship and full-time roles as they arise, find candidates matched by work authorization, technical expertise, graduation date, experience and location, then schedule and host individual or group interviews. Students and alumni can create profiles with resumes and LinkedIn information; the platform checks profiles against new opportunities and shares provided profile details with a recruiter when there is a match. Eligible candidates can also connect with hiring partners, view CodePath-exclusive roles and links, and arrange recruiter meetings. Access is limited to people who completed a CodePath course. Students and alumni sign in with the GitHub account associated with their course, while companies authenticate with company credentials. CareerConnect is integrated with CodePath’s annual Emerging Engineers Summit, where participating companies can share roles around the event. CodePath describes its network as 20,000+ students and alumni from 600+ universities and 4,000+ companies, with 750+ hours of technical training. A match does not guarantee a job; each company chooses whether to advance candidates and sets its own process and timeline.
