What CheckpointGuard is

CheckpointGuard is security operations software for tracking guards, verifying patrols, managing shifts, and sending client reports. Guards can log visits at QR or NFC checkpoints, while GPS and geofence activity provide additional verification context. Supervisors can review active guards, sites, recent GPS updates, patrol status, and operational activity. On Android, supported patrol events and scans can be queued without connectivity and uploaded after the phone reconnects. Scheduling tools support weekly rosters and automatic coverage proposals, but a supervisor must review those proposals. The software prepares guard-pay and labour-cost figures; it does not submit statutory payroll filings or make bank payments. Reports and email delivery are included in all three packages. The Aegis assistant can summarize and explain operational information within an administrator’s permitted scope, while sensitive actions require human confirmation. The product is intended for medium and large security companies, hotel and resort security teams, mobile patrol operations, and organizations managing multiple sites. The site offers a 14-day Gold trial for two locations and two guard accounts.
