What Certipha is

Certipha provides certificate issuance and public verification for publishers, trainers, employers, and other organizations. It supports certificates for publications, conferences, training, employment, memberships, awards, internships, and services. Issuers can upload recipient lists as CSV or XLSX files and download generated PDFs together in a ZIP. The platform offers 10 designer templates, issuer branding, custom prefixes, signatures, and branded QR codes. A certificate can be checked by ID or QR code on a public page without an account. Issuers may revoke certificates with a reason, and the public page displays the current status. DOI import retrieves article metadata from CrossRef or Zenodo; optional email delivery uses the issuer’s Resend setup. A REST API supports issuance through tenant-scoped keys restricted to allowed certificate types. Workspaces offer admin, editor, and viewer roles, with per-journal scoping for editorial workflows. Certipha has web and API access and a free plan with a small monthly quota; verification is free and unlimited. Pricing is per issuer workspace, each workspace is limited to one scope, and issuance pauses after a plan limit is exceeded.
