CertiflexDimension Ultra MICR Check Printing is a Windows desktop module for printing bank-acceptable checks on blank security paper. It can print from Accounts Payable, Payroll or Client Write-Up. The module supports an unlimited number of companies, bank accounts and signature combinations, with up to 99 MICR accounts per company. Magnetic encoding creates checks with the correct numbers for each account, and the maker’s brochure describes using one blank check stock across companies or accounts. Printed check numbers are designed to match accounting data. Its audit trail displays the user, time, program, check number and MICR counter range for checks run on an account. Printing can require a password when the selected MICR account calls for one. The module costs $17.95 a month. CertiflexDimension Ultra requires Windows 10 or newer in either 32-bit or 64-bit versions. The software is licensed for one year under an annual software license; continuing use requires a new agreement. Technical support is available by phone and email on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Central Time, and standard support is charged per incident.
