Aura Call Protection filters calls on Android and iOS by checking incoming numbers against spam lists and blocking known spam in real time. Its AI screening can answer unknown callers and spoofed numbers, then show a summary of the conversation on the lock screen so you can decide whether to answer. Settings range from blocking known spam numbers to answering all unknown callers, and protection can be paused temporarily. Numbers saved in cellphone contacts are never blocked or screened. On iOS, Spam Message Protection filters known spam numbers, checks links for phishing and malware, and moves potentially harmful messages to junk. Aura lists AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Xfinity, Mint Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Spectrum, TracFone, Visible, and Really as supported carriers for spam blocking and AI screening. Call Protection is included with Family plans and can be added to Individual and Couple plans. Individual costs $12/mo billed annually, Couple $22/mo billed annually, and Family $32/mo billed annually. A 14-day trial can be redeemed once per customer; full plan-feature access depends on identity verification and credit eligibility.
